1. Fabric Selection – Each piece begins with choosing quality fabric based on the customer’s preferences. The fabric is sourced from a small Australian business, costing around $30 per metre.

2. Material Requirements – Depending on the size and fabric width, each scrub top uses 2–3 metres of material.

3. Preparation – Fabric is pre-washed to ensure durability and comfort.

4. Pattern Work – The correct pattern size is selected and traced from a master pattern (if one isn’t already on hand).

5. Cutting – The fabric is carefully cut to match the customer’s specific measurements.

6. Sewing – The scrub top is expertly sewn together with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

7. Finishing Touches – Each piece is pressed and prepared for delivery.
